"Byd Mawr Crwn cyf is a non profit making company which aims to promote cultural understanding and international awareness through highlighting music, art and dance from around the globe. We have been putting on DJ and club nights for several years firstly in collaboration with Hebffinia and now under our own banner BYD MAWR - BIG WORLD. Some of us are familiar faces from having played parties the length and breadth of Wales .

Our music policy is deliberately eclectic and we take inspiration from our backgrounds in free festivals, dance culture, radical politics and especially WOMAD - at our events you’ll hear everything from funk, reggae, African, Asian, Celtic, Latin and the global fusion grooves where dance beats meet world music. We aim to put a smile on your face and create a spring in your step. Benefit gigs are a speciality."
